Our services are available through our website located at http://myesadoctor.com, which is telemedicine online portal that enables participating medical practitioners and health professionals ( “Healthcare” or “providers”) to interact with their patients online ( “patients”) to offer healthcare services via a secure Internet connection and video calls.

We work with doctors licensed in California or Florida only. It is your responsibility indicate for which state you need the ESA letter for, and to make sure you are using the ESA letter legally, which is only legally accepted in the state our doctor is licensed in.

Please Note:

While our services provide access to a particular medical information, and enable patients to interact with medical practitioners, our services are not intended to offer medical advice. We advise our patients to visit a clinic or see a qualified medical professional with any queries regarding their mental or emotional illness. Never delay, avoid or disregard in getting medical advice from a qualified doctor. Content published on the website shouldn’t be interpreted as medical advice, prescription or treatment. You are recommended to get in touch with your physician to discuss possible medications, therapy, diagnosis, and other treatment options may be available for you.

Please understand the limits of telemedicine, for example including but not limited to that we cannot conduct physical exams and must rely on a patient’s verbal communication.

MyESADoctor can edit, update, and add or delete these terms of use at any time by updating the new conditions on the site and by providing a notice on the website. By using this site after MyESADoctor updated conditions you agree with all the updated conditions; If you do not agree with the updated terms of use, you should not use the website.

MyESADoctor can make changes to the site or service at any time, without notice. If you have objection to any of the changes made to the site or the services, you have every right to stop using it. Your continued use of the service or the site represents that you agree with all the changes. We also reserve the right to terminate the operation of the website and/or any service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to our customers or any third party.

3. The patient’s responsibilities
Being a patient on the site, you acknowledge that use of service or your relationship with the medical professional is performed exclusively at your own risk and MyESADoctor will not be accountable for any medical errors or substandard care healthcare professional can do.

It is the patients responsibility to identify location, as due to telemedicine limitations it is not possible for us to know exactly where a patient is physically. We are a California based clinic with majority of our professionals being California licensed physicians and medical health professionals. We also work with doctors and professionals in other states. If you need a ESA letter for a specific state, please let our staff know to setup an appointment. The majority of our patients is from California and our letters are intended for use in California, including flights in and out of California.

4. Confidentiality
While using our site, we may get information about you or you may be asked to submit some of your information such as name, contact number, email id and address. We do not sell or forward your personal information to any third party. All use of data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and protected by the HIPAA compliance laws.

5. General provisions regarding the use and the age limit

As a visitor, you are free to browse the website and go through the services available on the site. You don’t require to register with the website to simply browse the site and view any information available on the website.

However, if you wish to use the services and materials provided on the site, you are required to register with MyESADoctor and get your account created on the site.

Once you have created your account with MyESADoctor with username and password, you are accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You also agree not to disclose your password or transfer it any other party or allow access to others. If you think you password has been compromised, you must immediately notify MyESADoctor.

7. Fees and subscription

If applicable, the patient on the site agrees to pay all charges or fees in accordance to MyESADoctor conditions, duties and tariffs, as specified in the order form. If, for any reason, you fail to submit the fee or credit card does not work, the site reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to services provided on the website. If you want to gain access to the services again, you will have to directly get in touch with us.

8. Unauthorized Activity.
By using this website and / or our services, you agree not to:

  • Use racially, ethnically or otherwise offensive language.
  • Discuss or incite illegal activity.
  • Use explicit / obscene language or ask / post sexually explicit images (actual or simulated).
  • Placing any trademarked or copyrighted materials without giving credit or taking permission from the owner.

MyESADoctor is a trademark of MyESADoctor in the United States. Other trademarks, names and logos on the site are the property of their respective owners

11. Liability

We are not liable for your legal fees, damages, or expenses concerning use of the letter or your emotional support animal. We cannot and do not guarantee acceptance of our letter. Our letters are our medical and professional opinion. It is your responsibility to check with local laws and individual landlord and airline policies concerning ESAs, such as accepted breeds, and responsible use. For example, certain breeds are not accepted by certain airlines. Certain landlords require evidence that your specific ESA helps with your specific ability – this is not something that we can provide due to the limitations of telemedicine. We cannot guarantee that individual landlords and airlines will accept our letter; every business has their own policies concerning use including age restrictions, weight restrictions, and even diet and feeding restrictions. Some landlords may have restrictions on where the ESA may be kept and how. We have followed HUD guidelines to the best of our ability but our letter alone does not guarantee a diagnosis or universal acceptance. Some airlines and landlords require an ESA letter only from your on-going long term and in person doctor, which is not something we provide.

12. Service and Product Delivery:

This is a medical consultation service and like any service when it’s done it cannot be returned. The Emotional Support Animal Letter ( ESA Letter) is a digital product and is delivered by email. When the PDF file of the ESA Letter is delivered successfully to the email address the customer provided on the application then it means that customer has received the service and product.

13. Cancellation:

For the reason of legality and authenticity, to cancel an order customer must send us a cancellation in writing from the same email address customer provided through the application. Cancellation can only be done before the doctor provides consultation. No cancellation and refund will be processed if the doctor has done the consultation and approved you and you have received a digital copy of physician recommendation or / and approval letter by email.

14. Refunds:

If a customer cancels an order as per our terms before the service has been provided the refund will be done, and it will take 5-7 business days for the refund to be back to your bank or card account.
